Aircrew uses:

This series of sets on the application of the most advanced international traction oscillating rotary type.It has an adjustable rotation angle, a constant speed of the film line, scientific and reasonable structure. Completely solved the rotary die long runner, hard to melt sealing leaky material, uneven heating, and difficult to maintain, film thickness tolerances big and other series problem. It not only simplifies the structure of the die, but also flattened and stretched the creases in the film after herringbone board by  the perspective transformation between the plurality of guide rollers in traction rotating process, greatly improved the quality and printing quality of the film takeup.

This series of sets is mainly used in the production of the three-layer composite packaging film of LDPE, LLDPE, EVA and other raw materials portfolio, such as plastic wrap ,from the mucous membrane, liquid packaging film. Replacement of the appropriate host, die components can be a two-layer, single-layer packaging film production.
